The tracked stacker designed and manufactured by our company has the advantages of reliable performance, high production capacity, and high degree of automation. The wide plate chain conveyor design at the tail of the equipment can meet the direct feeding of dump trucks,avoiding the secondary transportation and stacking process of materials, and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Features and advantages:
The total power of the equipment is 149.5KW, and the effective power is 89.5KW. Using external 380V AC power, the cost per cubic meter of stacking material is calculated at a local unit price of 1 RMB per kilowatt hour (actual local unit price), which is 0.134 RMB. A 150KW diesel generator set is used, with an average fuel consumption of 42L per hour. Calculated at 7 RMB per cubic meter of diesel, the stacking cost per cubic meter is 0.294 RMB. Compared to traditional excavators, the operating cost is reduced by 54%, and replacing 2-10 traditional excavators with one working capacity reduces procurement costs by 50%. The fuel consumption per hour is much lower compared to wheel loaders. The size of the conveyed material is less than 300mm (approximately 30cm or less). The dump truck can directly feed and the feeding height can be customized according to the dump truck model: it has strong adaptability to the site and flexible movement;
