Characteristic:

A floating unit supported by a plastic pontoon containing closed cell PU foam. The nose of the

aircraft is perpendicular to the floating unit to allow for lower feather heights to reduce drift distance and minimize downtime caused by strong winds.

Heavy industrial design, including stainless steel motor housing, spray manifold and fan blades,

increases durability and equipment life.

Wind speed sensor, capable of turning off the motor; To reduce the drift distance of water mist.

The 304 stainless steel submersible pump is connected to the floating frame with an integrated

static filter and observation port for easy maintenance and inspection.

Low Accumulation: Designed with minimal top surface area to control the accumulation of residues and scale, helping to reduce cleaning and maintenance!

High performance: The rotation of high-speed fan blades creates the optimal distribution of water

droplets for evaporation. The annual evaporation rate can reach 70%, and the average evaporation rate is usually between 25% and 60%.

Easy to maintain: The design of this machine is easy to clean and maintain. It does not require weekly

lubrication of the bearings, as it lubricates the lifespan of the motor. The pump is equipped with a static inlet filter that can be disassembled and cleaned. The pump casing is designed with an observation port to simplify the inspection of scale accumulation and obstacles at the pump inlet.

Not easy to clog: BYQ-1 can pass particles with a diameter of up to 4.7mm, reducing the trouble of pre-filtration, filter cleaning, and nozzle clogging.

Extreme mission: This design has evolved from 20 years of experience in industrial and extreme

outdoor applications. The polyethylene buoy is filled with closed cell polyurethane foam to ensure

buoyancy even after the plastic shell is accidentally punctured. The key components are made of

stainless steel, which can extend the service life in harsh environments. The 'corrosion package'

upgrade is applicable to all stainless steel structures and is suitable for high pH and low pH applications.
